Another Fresh start to a Fresh story & even Fresher Fashion to talk about.
You know how they say that every trend comes around again? Can I just say how happy I am that tea length dresses are growing in popularity again. Delightfully retro with a modern wink, these dresses can make you smile. This was the “it” silhouette in the late 1950s and early 1960s, & now 2016!
My favourite thing about this latest round of dresses is how well they incorporate other emerging trends, such as lace, asymmetry, and cold-shoulders. From very demure and ladylike to modern and sassy, this round-up of tea-length dresses will definitely have you rethinking if you really want to go with a sheath…
If you’re looking for a sweet, sassy and slightly retro dress, a tea length is a good choice & effortlessly cool. They are also a great option for shoe-addicts (like me) who can show off their footwear to full effect. They look great with headdresses, work well with a vintage theme and show off your legs – what’s not to love?
So here is a Designer Label TUSSAH by Siddhi Shah that brings to you this amazing trend with a touch of their own creativity. Made in Organic Cottons & keeping in mind the Summery Hues of 2016, TUSSAH has the perfect Tea Length dresses for you to fault around & enjoy the breeze in style!
Sharing with you 4 different looks created with TUSSAH. Also, the collection is available for sale online at WWW.CHICHOUSE.COM
The collection is a beautiful amalgamation of Fashion & Architecture. The prints are in its simplest form but with the vibrant colours & silhouettes they create nothing less than an Avant-Garde.
This specific dress in Cement Grey is simple yet trendy. They best part is the back where bright pastels play the game & the cute pink bow knot details adds up to the feminine quotient. It could be easily teamed with a Statement colour block neck chunk & fancy heels, but my idea was to keep it raw with my strappy flats & the woody backdrop.
The Tangerine hue is absolutely a showstopper. The black & checker panel that runs along the length create an illusion of height. Now that’s a win win situation for those short heighteD girls.
Also here is a styling tip – you could team it with a dupatta and make it look all the way indo-western. Yaayyiee!
This dress is a burst of Summery hues. The Buttercup Yellow when comes along with the Peach Encho, such a stunning outfit is created. The best part is the Checker printed panel that gives it a lot of character.
The last one is my favourite. The Green Flash hues with a dash of Turquoise & all the princess like flair is making the outfit look the most stunning of all. The Checked bodice does nothing much make it look all the more attractive. It’s a dreamy piece you just can’t let go.
Hope you liked what I had for you.
