Hey Fashionistas,
Have you been enjoying the Monsoons yet?? Yes?? Then I am
sure you are going all well with your monsoon fashion routine. Isn’t it?!
But but… If your answer was No, Fix it with some pop hues
this monsoon.
Well, before that… I am happy to announce my collaboration
with SHREE KALASHREE DESIGN STUDIO based in Vadodara, Gujarat. They present
rich, ethnic, tailor made designer wear for trousseau & special occasions
along with a range of fresh & chic casual wear. The studio offers
distinctive designer attire to match each occasion that will leave everlasting
imprints in the minds of people. Experienced fashion designers Amisha Ghia & Nita Laliwala want to infuse originality & further augment the
existing fashion style.
They have started with their new venture into classy western
wear collection and I am happy to feature one of them for now.
A transition from summers to monsoon calls for a change of
wardrobe, and the way you style yourself. The monsoon spell plays on lively and
vibrant colours that make you look super stylish yet comfortable in this rainy
season. Monsoon is the time to invest in skirts & shorts. At the same time
make sure it suits your body type. Also make sure, of what you wear on top.
Monsoon is a great time to wear tops that are loose fitted crop tops, tank
tops. Mix and match with colours. And if you are up for pop colours like I have
done, team it with neutral bottoms. Fabrics play a main part in here. Avoid
fabrics that tend to absorb water in no time and don’t dry easily. Opt for
polyester, gabardine & other silicon wash fabrics that are easy on the
drying part.
Monsoons can be the loveliest if you add all the pop hues in
the world. The subtle natural, dull background helps accentuate your pop
colours. I have fallen for this amazing shirt in a combination of aquatic,
coral & yellow. How vibrant are they! A lovely colour blocking detail was
what I had been longing for and I thing dear designers from SHREE KALASHREE
DESIGN STUDIO has brought them the best way. Keeping it open with a matching or
contrasting T-back could give it a very informal look. You can also try
knotting the shirt ends and give it a street style look. Maybe teaming this
with white pants may confuse you for monsoons, but I think if handled it right
whites can be my most favorite for this season. To keep the monsoons fuss
free, I went for a no jewelry look but added a small yellow satchel from
COLABA CAUSWAY, MUMABI to complement the whole look. And same goes with the
Keep your makeup minimal and natural looking with a touch of
blusher, mascara and a fresh tone of any lip colour.
It can be quite a dilemma to look fashionable or even
presentable when it’s pouring, but believe me just add pop and you are going to
love it!
Coming up with lot more from SHREE KALASHREE DESIGN STUDIO.
Stay Tuned!
